Breakfast fairly basic.

The personnel was pleasant and incredibly welcoming. The room was fairly quiet and inviting and equipped with a sofa bed and a huge bathroom, as example as described. A wide range of food for breakfast, which was excellent to satisfy everyone.

We enjoyed friendly staff and personalized touches, like cookies upon arrival. The noise from adjacent rooms disrupted our sleep, impacting our overall experience.

Great place for the price, felt like a 4 star in some ways. Lovely pool area. The reason we choose this hotel was how close it is to the citadel outlet mall, you just walk accross the car park. It was perfect for this purpose even if the mall was a bit of a let down because all the major malls were on sale when we were there so we found just as good bargains at all the malls! Anyway great hotel for all types of people, big and extremely comfortable beds!

The staff were super friendly and accommodating too. As a weekend traveler, i really appreciated the comfortable bed and the clean room that allowed me to rest up for my daily adventures.

There were no towels out by the pool! Brrr! We had to use some on the ground. And it's a weird area...but, it was necessary for us.

The proximity to everything in LA. They room was really clean and very comfortable bed.

The lobby area was cute, with comfortable seating and ample space for relaxation. The staff were helpful, assisting me with my luggage and ensuring I had everything I needed. The outdoor pool area was particularly lovely and accessible.

Noise from events could be disruptive for seniors.

Execelent choice. Located near an Oulet in a very quiet area.Staff was very helpfull. Room was very confortable and clean. Would stay there again.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was quite spacious, offering plenty of room for my family. The sofa easily converts into a sofa bed. The hotel has staff parking available which adds a layer of convenience to the stay.

No hot water for a shower in the morning and no fan vent in the bathroom.

Near a big outlets, perfect for me and my wife, we go to that outlet twice during the stay. Classic facilities and comfortable bed, better than any other hotels I stayed during my trip. My wife told me there is a bit sound from the nearby road which did not bottered my at all.
